Modeling Chocolates

Modeling Chocolates

10 oz.(283 g.) chocolate
1/3 cup syrup
wax paper

Modeling chocolate is easy to make and fun to do as long as you don’t mind the mess.   It is made by melting chocolate and mixing corn syrup.  Spread  the mixture in a wax paper and let it cool down to room temperature until set (between 1 -2 hours)  knead the chocolate  until its pliable like a dough. Shape it into desired shapes.

Use modeling chocolate to wrap the sides of a cake.
